SEVASTOPOL, December 10. The statements made by Vice U.S. President Joe Biden in the Verkhovna Rada do not carry any real threat to the development of the Crimea and Sevastopol a part of Russia, but hope to improve the situation in the world. Earlier, speaking in the Verkhovna Rada, Biden stated that Russia “has violated and continues to violate” international rules “occupying Ukrainian territory”.
