Investment returns from building a power plant in Taman to Crimea is estimated at 12-14%. The project was submitted to the government on 1 December.
MOSCOW, 10 Dec. The competition for the construction of a power plant in Taman to Crimea can pass in the first quarter of 2016, the draft decree on competition submitted to the government, told journalists the Minister of energy Alexander Novak.
“We made December 1, a draft decree to the government. I think that next year, in the first quarter will be a competition,” said Novak, answering the question about the competition for the construction of a power plant in Taman.
Conditions of the competition are not announced yet. It was originally planned that the return on investment for the power company, which will build the station, will be 15 years, the return on investment — from 12 to 14%.
