The Russian government will discuss the Federal budget execution for the 9 months


From a preliminary assessment, submitted by the Ministry of Finance had indicated that the deficit of the RF Federal budget in January-September 2015 $ 789,6 billion rubles, or 1.5% of GDP, compared to a surplus for the same period in 2014 at USD 1,112 billion rubles.

MOSCOW, 10 Dec. The government of the Russian Federation at session on Thursday will discuss the Federal budget execution for the first nine months of 2015, the press service of the Cabinet.

From a preliminary assessment, submitted by the Ministry of Finance had indicated that the deficit of the RF Federal budget in January-September 2015 $ 789,6 billion rubles, or 1.5% of GDP, compared to a surplus for the same period in 2014 at USD 1,112 billion rubles. The revenues of the Federal budget on October 1 amounted to $ 10,143 trillion rubles, expenses — 10,933 trillion rubles. The primary deficit amounted to 336,002 billion rubles, or 0.6% of GDP. Russia’s GDP in January-September amounted to $ 53,042 trillion rubles.

According to the Federal Treasury the budget deficit in January-September amounted to 786,7 billion. The Finance Ministry previously noted that the difference is almost three billion rubles mainly due to the reflection of operations on the use of loans from international financial organizations.

The total size of the Reserve Fund as at 1 October in the ruble equivalent amounted to 4.6 trillion rubles, national welfare Fund — 4,879 trillion rubles.

In addition, at the meeting of the Cabinet will consider the allocation of funds from the Federal budget to the regions in the volume 817,1 million rubles on construction and reconstruction of public roads with hard surface, leading to the nearest public significant objects in rural settlements.

The meeting will also discuss the changes in accordance with which the Ministry are fixed for the functions and powers of notification of the authorized bodies of the States of the EAEC on the planned provision and industrial subsidies granted in the territory of the Russian Federation. The changes also would allow the Agency to obtain “authority to conduct investigations prior to the introduction of mitigation measures”.
