Moscow. December 11. The Moscow city court on Thursday rejected the complaint of the ex-wife of the General Director “Norilsk Nickel” Natalia Potanina on the decision on the division of joint property, taken at the suit of Vladimir Potanin, Potanin told by the lawyer Tatyana Starikova.
This information was confirmed by the representative Potanina Oksana Kosachenko.

Vladimir and Natalia Potanin divorced in February 2014, the head of “Norilsk Nickel” has submitted to Presnensky district court the claim about section of property. As noted by lawyers Potanina, for the section he offered only officially belonging to him property in Russia, not taking into account foreign assets, the main of which is a 30% stake in Norilsk Nickel, which is in the jurisdiction of Cyprus.
For the calculation of child support on the younger son, Vasily (he is now 15 years old) Presnensky court proceeded from the assessment of monthly income of an entrepreneur $1 million of That amount, according to the attorney Potanina Philip Ryabchenko, Potanin has specified in the application to the court. Norilsk Nickel did not comment on this assessment of the remuneration of Trustees. By the end of 2014, the members of the management Board of Norilsk Nickel (now 13 of them, including the Potanin) received fees of approximately $34 million (1.29 billion rubles at the average exchange rate for the year 37,97 rubles/$).
In February 2014, the monthly alimony was 8.5 million roubles.
Now this figure has grown to 15 million rubles a month, said Starikov.
The increase of alimony, and therefore compensation, can be explained by the devaluation of the ruble, which for this period has fallen in price to dollar almost in 2 times.
In addition, as noted Starikova, Potanin “as a result of divorce have received from my client’s property and funds amounting to 5 billion rubles”. Kozachenko this data is not commented. Earlier, the parties disagreed and in the assessment registered in the Russian Federation of property of the entrepreneur.
This year, Natalia Potanina, has filed a claim for division of property, demanding half the share in “Norilsk Nickel” (which he promised to give to the government) and the assets of Interros. This claim was rejected by the Moscow city court on 9 September. The court did not recognize Vladimir Potanin Foundation the beneficiary of a Cyprus company that controls 30% of the shares of Norilsk Nickel. The appeal of the ex-wife of an entrepreneur on this verdict will be considered on January 22, 2016.
