“Today the challenge is to use a fair mechanism to provide a market for small and medium-sized enterprises producing their products. The residents will have the opportunity to buy quality products made in Leningrad region”, — said Drozdenko.
C. PETERSBURG, December 14./strong>. The authorities of Leningrad region have developed a public help system for the market sites of the region, which contains data from all municipalities about 171 the court, reports a press-service of the regional government.
“Committee on development of small, medium business and consumer market created a shared reference system for the market sites of the Leningrad region. Today the system contains data from all municipalities about 171 the site where fairs are held”, — stated in the message.
According to the Governor of Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko, fairs should provide the business sales, and customers — quality product.
“We’re not back in 1990-ies, when natural fairs and flea markets were a cheap source of acquisition of goods, sometimes of questionable quality. Today the challenge was to use a fair mechanism to provide a market for small and medium-sized enterprises producing their products. The residents will have the opportunity to buy quality products made in Leningrad region”, — said Drozdenko.
However, according to the Chairman of the Committee Svetlana Nerushay, statistics indicate a reduction in the number of fairs in comparison with 2014. The reason for this is often absence of municipal areas for commercial fairs and the provision of areas of incomplete information in reports. For the development of fair activities in the region the head of the profile Committee suggested to provide financial support to regional producers as to the purchase of special vehicles for trade “from wheels”. The entrepreneur, acquiring transportation through budget support, agrees to participate in fairs.
Addressing the leaders of the regions, Governor of the Leningrad region also noted the necessity of combining food fairs to major events in the municipalities.
