The CBR revoked the licenses of DIL-Bank and Bank “the Renaissance”


Moscow. December 14. The Central Bank of Russia revoked the license for banking operations at the Moscow deal-Bank, Bank “the Renaissance” and Bank CBD, stated in the message of the Central Bank.

The licenses were withdrawn from 14th December.

Deal-Bank

According to the Central Bank, deal-Bank conducted high-risk lending policy connected with placement of funds into low-quality assets.

“As a result of execution of requirements of Supervisory authority on creating provisions adequate to the accepted risks, the Bank lost capital. Besides, the credit institution was involved in questionable conduct transit operations”, – stated in a press release.

According to the regulator, the management and owners of the credit institution failed to take efficient measures to normalise its activities.

The Bank appointed a temporary administration, the powers of the Executive bodies are suspended. The Bank is a participant of the Deposit insurance system.

At 30 September the Bank’s assets amounted to $ 13,68 billion rubles, of which 10,16 billion rubles – funds of individuals.

Deal-Bank in the first three quarters of 2015 was ranked 213 th place by volume of assets in ranking “Interfax-100” made “Interfax-CEA”.

Bank “The Renaissance”

The Bank conducted high-risk lending policies and create adequate accepted risks provisions for possible losses on loans, says the Central Bank.

Appropriate credit risk assessment on the request of the Supervisory authority identified a critical decline of the capital adequacy ratio. “Besides, the credit organization was involved in conducting dubious transactions on cash withdrawal abroad, as well as transit doubtful operations in large volumes,” – said in a press release.

The Central Bank notes that the management and owners of Bank didn’t take effective measures on normalization of its activity.

At 30 September the Bank’s assets amounted to $ 10,93 billion rubles, of which 8,31 billion rubles – funds of individuals.

Bank “the Renaissance” following the results of three quarters of 2015 took 236-e a place on volume of assets in ranking “Interfax-100”.

CBD Bank

In addition, the Central Bank of Russia withdrew the license for banking operations in the CBD Bank (Moscow), is spoken in the message of the CBR. License revoked on December 14.
