Moscow. December 14. The Congress may remove the incumbent of the last 40 years the ban on oil exports from the U.S. in the revision of the tax and budget legislation, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The lifting of the ban is still under discussion and while the decision has not been taken, say sources. On this issue there remain disagreements between the White house, the Senate and House of representatives of the Congress, but the limitation can become part of broader political agreements.
The United States has increased oil production since 2008 almost 90%.
