Rosmorport do not agree with the beginning of works on modernization of their berths in the sea port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, where the planned implementation of the project TOR. On Tuesday told journalists the Vice-Premier of the government of the Russian Federation, the Plenipotentiary representative of RF President in the far Eastern Federal district Yuri Trutnev.
“Today was voiced by the awesome position of Rosmorport, who believes that someone has to prove to him that it is necessary to modernize the port,” said he, adding that the Russian government will have the power to solve the problem with the officials.
According to the Governor of Kamchatsky Krai Vladimir Ilyukhin, the question of the necessity of reconstruction of berths 1 and 2, used for unloading coal in the port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, has been discussed previously. They need to be retrofitted for the reception of large cruise liners in the framework of implementation of TOR in Kamchatka. The Corporation of development of the Far East for these purposes it is provided about 2.9 billion rubles.
“The project TOR for Kamchatka is very important, primarily in terms of creation of port infrastructure. This is our goal, and so I would like to here the problems were solved. With the participation of Yuri Petrovich (Trutnev) they are solved today, for which I am very grateful,” said Ilyukhin.
He recalled that previously, such a misunderstanding was met with the enterprise “the national fisheries resources”, which in the port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky is four berth. “It was nice to hear from “Natsrybresurs” full readiness to cooperate. We are a year ago talking about it. Today the question is practically settled. I am sure that Rosmorport will be the same situation,” added the Governor.
The management of “national fisheries resources” was agreed to transfer out of Federal ownership under the jurisdiction of the Kamchatka territory four berth. It is expected that the disposal of the Federal property management Agency will be signed in early 2016 after the necessary survey of the port facilities.
In the framework of the TOR in the port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky is planned to create a large transport and logistics center, it will include ship repair production, international and domestic transportation, the storage and warehousing of oil products to 18 thousand tons. As of 15 December 2015, residents have confirmed their participation in these projects.
“It will take a lot of work to, essentially, change the logistics of international Maritime traffic. We have a huge Maritime territory, we are obliged to make it. Today among others was declared a project for the construction of bunkering facilities. For us it is of strategic importance. Besides the fact that it is a business project is good and important, it helps to solve the national task of developing the Northern sea route”, – said Trutnev.
