It is necessary to regulate this issue by introducing the draft resolution on ban on use of mobile communication in private meetings in the state Duma, said the Chairman of the Duma Committee for security and combating corruption Dmitry Gorobtsov.

MOSCOW, 16 Dec. The Chairman of state Duma Committee for security and combating corruption Dmitry Gorobtsov (“Fair Russia”) intends to initiate a draft resolution on the ban during private meetings of the chamber using means of communication.

Earlier Wednesday, the speaker of the state Duma Sergey Naryshkin has asked the Duma deputies to remain in the courtroom during the closed “government hour” defense Minister Sergei Shoigu without telephones, dictaphones and other gadgets.

According to Gorovtsova, not all parliamentarians have followed the recommendation not to use means of communication during the closed “pravchasa” with Shoigu.

“We need this issue to raise again, to regulate the introduction of the draft resolution on ban on use of mobile communication in closed “government hour”. I am ready to initiate,” said Korniyenko journalists.
