MOSCOW, December 16. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin will hold on 21 December 2015 at the Moscow session of the collective security Treaty Organization on collective security (CSTO) and the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian economic Council (EEU) at the highest level. According to the press service of the Kremlin.
In the CSTO summit in addition to Putin will be attended by the presidents of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. “During the event scheduled to discuss key issues of strengthening regional security and stability, effective response to international terrorism”, – reported in the Kremlin.
“At the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian economic Council with participation of heads of state of Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan will summarize the first year of operation of the Eurasian economic Union and set benchmarks for further development of integration associations,” – said the press service. “It is expected that there will be discussed issues of development of normative-legal base, strengthening of cooperation with other integration associations and countries; it is planned to consider a number of organizational aspects – in particular, approval of the new composition of the Board of the Eurasian economic Commission and the Union budget for the next fiscal year”, – reported in the Kremlin.
Traditionally on the sidelines of the summits Putin will hold bilateral meetings with colleagues.
