MOSCOW, 17 Dec. The head of the Duma Committee on agrarian issues Nikolai Pankov believes that it is necessary to legally address the issues of tax exemption for new entrepreneurs, as well as changes to the unified agricultural tax (UAT).
On Thursday during the annual conference of the Russian President Vladimir Putin said that it is possible to transform the unified agricultural tax to ease the fiscal burden, it is also possible to support the creation of infrastructure for marketing of agricultural products of Russian farmers. The President also called for the release two years of taxes from individual entrepreneurs, business starters in the field of agriculture.
“Vladimir Putin stressed that aspiring entrepreneurs should be freed from taxes for a period of two years. He talked about changing the uniform agricultural tax. All these proposals are pending before our Committee. And need to legally solve these problems,” — said Pankov.
According to the MP, on Thursday held an “open, good dialogue.”
