The operator was forbidden to re-launch an online campaign website.

Tele2 faces a fine from 100 thousand to 500 thousand rubles. The amount of recovery will be determined after initiation of proceedings about an administrative offence.

Representatives of the “t2s mobile” stated that the company will appeal against the decision of the FAS.

Tele2 during the campaign “hunting Season” was offered to subscribers to inform on the special website about the “unfair” actions of your operator, including the Tele2. For comments and observations the operator was handing out bonuses at the expense of its subscribers.

Complaints to the FAS for the campaign “hunting Season” in January asked the operators “big three” – MTS, “MegaFon” and “VimpelCom”. The company believes that the action of a competitor could undermine their reputation.

According to the representative of “MegaFon”, the campaign created subscribers the impression that the services are presented honestly Tele2 and other operators is unfair.

The MTS representative at the meeting reported that at the initial stage of the campaign the site was able to complain only to MTS, MegaFon and VimpelCom. Subsequently, after complaints of the big three, Tele2 added themselves to this list, he claims.

Tele2 denies that during the campaign spread defamatory “big three” of information, since he did not accuse specific players in the inadequate provision of services. However the statement noted that during “open Season” subscribers left 4 thousand complaints. Under this proposed bonus is activated only 600 people.
