The government of Ukraine has limited the supply of goods and services to Crimea


Moscow. December 17. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the decision on restriction of deliveries of goods and services in the Crimea and in the opposite direction. As informs on Thursday a press-service of the government the decision decision effective 30 days after publication.

“The ban applies to the period of temporary occupation for the supply of goods (works, services) under all customs regimes except for personal belongings, which travel in hand Luggage and/or accompanied Luggage, and socially important food products, the total value of which does not exceed the equivalent of 10 thousand UAH (about 30 thousand rubles), and the total weight not exceeding 50 kg per person. Exceptions to the food applies only in the case that the person who imports the goods in the temporarily occupied territory, drives on it no more than once during the day,” reports the press service of the government.

The order does not apply to the supply of electricity and the import of humanitarian assistance.

Plans to ban trade with the Crimea in Kiev officially stated yesterday.
