Moscow. December 18. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed documents on the transfer of a number of subsoil plots of Federal importance to Rosneft, he said this during the joint meeting of the government Commission on import substitution and the government Commission on the socio-economic development of the Far East and the Baikal region.
“I hope that everything will work smoothly. Actually for this and for the development of “Stars”, which we’ll be talking today, I also signed a number of decisions, including the transfer of sites of bowels of Federal value “Rosneft”, – he said.
Medvedev expressed the hope that their development will be used marine machinery, produced at “Star”. According to him, this will give impetus to the development not only Rosneft, but also the largest Russian shipbuilding complex in the far East, will provide additional quantity of orders.
For this also adopted the “road map” to a different direction. “I mean Eastern petrochemical company”, – said the head of the Cabinet of Ministers.
In his opinion, such decisions will depend on the speed of movement in relation to the development of the Far East and the Baikal region, as well as import substitution.
Earlier, the Prime Minister has also instructed the Ministry on development of Far East until February 1, 2016, to prepare a document on creation of territories of advanced development (TOR) in Bolshoy Kamen, in the area of shipyard “Zvezda”.
