Moscow. December 18. In Russia from 1 July 2016 will be increased utility tariffs, growth will average no more than 4%, said Deputy Minister of construction and housing and communal services Andrey Chibis to journalists on Friday in Ufa.
“We have increased fees and changes in tariffs are carried out once a year. The new tariffs will take effect from 1 July 2016, and the total payment for municipal services the average for the country, I pay attention to it, will not exceed 4%,” said Chibis.
According to him, exceptions could be made only for the municipalities where a new service has appeared.
In Moscow, as previously reported, tariffs for housing and communal services from 1 July 2016 will grow by 7.4%.
