In the store “Auchan” in Sokolniki veterinary service is found exceeding the number of bacteria of intestinal Bacillus group in a ragout of pork, beef and pork stuffing. Meat chilled semi-finished products in the “Auchan” in Kuntsevo found to exceed the number of bacteria of intestinal Bacillus group, and also exceeded the number of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms. Similar violations identified in stores “Auchan – Fleet”, “Auchan – Rublevo”, “Auchan – Marfino”.
In addition, in the pig meat and the escalope of pork in the hypermarket “Auchan – Fleet” found the abuse of antibiotics of the tetracycline group, and in the trout carcasses in the shop “Auchan – Rublevo” – Staphylococcus aureus.
According to the Rosselkhoznadzor, “Ashan” continues to neglect risks in relation to the storage, processing and sale of finished products for quality and safety. The veterinary service notes that it may involve the threat of harm to the life and health of consumers.
The Rosselkhoznadzor is going to take action upon the identified violations.
In July, the veterinary service on behalf of the government began checking the network “Auchan”, the results of which revealed a number of violations in the production of meat products.
