MOSCOW, 19 Dec. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the development of “United aircraft Corporation” (UAC) under which the Corporation will transfer part of the shares in four enterprises of the industry, according to the materials on the website of the regulatory acts of the RF government.
“Accept the offer of the government of the Russian Federation on the introduction as a contribution of the Russian Federation in the authorized capital of JSC “United aircraft Corporation” in Moscow of federally-owned shares of joint stock companies under the list according to the Appendix, in the order duly placed this public joint-stock company of additional shares in connection with the increase in its authorized capital”, — stated in the presidential decree.
According to the Annex to the document will be transferred to 5,18% of shares of JSC “Aviation holding company “Dry”. At this point the KLA belongs 75,63% stake in the company. Thus, after the transfer of the contribution of the Russian Federation, the UAC will control 80,81% stake in the company.
According to the site regulations of the government of the Russian Federation, as a contribution of Russia in the authorized capital of the UAC are made 62,78% of the shares of JSC “Russian aircraft Corporation “MiG”.
According to the presidential decree, the UAC is transferred to 2.94% of shares of JSC “Tupolev”. At the moment, according to UAC, the company owns of 95,54% of shares of the company. Will be transmitted and 18.6% shares of the open joint-stock company “Flight research Institute named after M. M. Gromov”. At the moment, the KLA is 81,4% stake in the company.
The action, according to the presidential decree should be passed within six months.
