MOSCOW, December 21. Not necessary to erect in a rank of crises ongoing issues between the government of the Russian Federation and the authorities of the Crimea, told journalists the President’s press Secretary Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the accusations of Crimean authorities to the Cabinet of Ministers.

“The current problems in the daily work between the regional authorities and the Federal government to erect in a rank of some crises probably not correct, – said Peskov. – Much better to focus on resolving these issues and the successive clarification of his position in due course”.
According to the representative of Kremlin, “daily working activity of the Russian regions and the work carried out in the Russian regions, including in Crimea, most closely associated with relationships in many ways with the government of the Russian Federation”. “So the system works in all regions,” he said. Peskov drew attention to the fact that the Crimea is a major Russian region, however, there has yet to improve the level of life on many parameters to nationwide. That is why, in his opinion, “sometimes there are problems”.
With regard to the funds allegedly lost by the budget of the region, Peskov noted that “still the primary source should be the government”.

Development under sanctions”, the head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov said that under the Federal budget for 2015 funds for the implementation of the Federal target program for development of Crimea Republic “still not transferred a single penny”. In this regard, he proposed to the national authorities spending authorities of the Federal budget without the coordination with Federal agencies, drawing a parallel with the same authority as the President of the Russian Federation.
A source in the government of the Russian Federation said that “the sensational statement Aksenova caused surprise among the officials of the Cabinet”. According to him, “on 18 September 2015 with the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol have signed agreements, and Federal funds listed 2,77 billion roubles for the design and construction of 139 objects of the Programme (the Republic of Crimea – 1,98 billion rubles)”. However, “at the moment of the notified subsidies by the authorities of these regions, contracts are only 308 million roubles”.
