“The situation on the world markets is such that there is a reduction of grain prices, there is a saturation of this products markets. Now our domestic price is not far behind from the world, but you need to respond. Therefore, in the government of the Russian Federation in January will consider the issue on reducing or zeroing of export rates,” said Gromyko.
