MOSCOW, December 21. The territory of advanced development (TOR) in the far East until 2018 will receive on the development of 42 billion rubles from the Federal budget. The total amount of private investment in the development of the TOR will be 492 billion. This was told by Vice-Premier of the Russian government, Plenipotentiary representative of RF President in the far Eastern Federal district Yuri Trutnev in an interview for the project “First person”.
“The amount will remain unchanged, although there were attempts to cut back. So, on the ruble of budget financing of more than ten rubles of private investments. In my opinion, a very good cartoonist,” he said.
According to him, in the far East model in place, allowing private business to invest in new projects.
He noted that, for example, gold mining in Selenginskom district of the Amur region 126 billion is funded by private investors, with 14 billion from the Federal budget. “A similar proportion in the Taiga mining and processing plant, transport and transshipment complex in the seaport of Vanino… Yes, there are projects that go very smoothly. But we intend to solve the problems. Step by step”, – said Trutnev.
