12% of developers in Russia do not have websites


About upcoming changes to the law on joint construction number 214-FZ announced by the Deputy Minister of construction, housing and utilities of the Russian Federation Natalia Antipin, she told me that the developer of the new rules will be required to have a website with all detailed information.

MOSCOW, 22 Dec. Own sites do not have 12% of developers in Russia, said Deputy Minister of construction and housing of Russia Natalia Antipina.

According to her, the upcoming amendments to the law on joint construction number 214-FZ, suggesting, among other things, increase information transparency in the sphere of shared construction. In the context of these changes, the developer will be required to have a website with all detailed information.

“Today’s own sites are lacking in 12% of developers” — said Antipina.

The Ministry of construction of the Russian Federation has developed amendments to the law on share building (214-FZ). They assume a binding developer’s equity to the price of houses built under contracts equity (DDU), improvement of transparency of developers, creating a single register of developers and the introduction of an alternative mechanism of ensuring the rights of shareholders — allocation of funds participatory construction escrow accounts.
