MOSCOW, 22 Dec. The Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, on Tuesday presented a commemorative gold medal of the poet, the author of the texts of the hymns of the Soviet Union and the Russian Federation by Sergey Mikhalkov for humanistic contribution to the education of the younger generation.
