Rosstat: producers in Russia in November cut petrol prices by 7.5%


The decrease in consumer prices for gasoline is noted in 34 regions of Russia, in Moscow prices have not changed, in St. Petersburg – rose by 0.1%.

MOSCOW, 23 Dec. Producer prices for gasoline in November in Russia decreased by 7.5% compared with October, with the beginning of the year growth amounted to 18.6%; the price of diesel fuel decreased by 1%, reported by Rosstat.

Producer prices of gasoline AI-76 (AI-80) in November decreased by 8.3%, AI-92 (AI-93) — 9.5%, AI-95 and above — 4%.

The producers ‘ prices of motor gasoline in November on average were below 7.5%. 15 subjects of the Russian Federation noted a reduction (from 10.4% in Bashkiria and the Orenburg region to 2.5% in the Ryazan region). In the Tyumen and Sakhalin regions, producer prices remained at the level of October 2015. And only in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) recorded the price rise by 0.1%.

In November, the decline in consumer gasoline prices observed in 34 subjects of the Russian Federation, including in the republics of Tatarstan and Mari El 1.5% and 1% respectively. The increase in gasoline prices was observed in 23 subjects of the Russian Federation, including the Republic of Ingushetia – on 1,8%, the Jewish Autonomous region, Amur and Sakhalin regions – 1,0-1,3%.

In Moscow consumer prices of gasoline for November has not changed, in St. Petersburg – rose by 0.1%.

Thus, in November consumer prices of gasoline of various marks on the average in the Russian Federation exceeded producer prices in 1.8-2.2 times (in November 2014 – in 1.8-2 times). While prices for oil produced in November, decreased by 0,1% (from the beginning of the year grew by 29.6 per cent), while tariffs for its swapping by pipeline transport grew by 0.5% (from the beginning of the year – 6.8%).
