The state Duma adopted amendments to the administrative code on penalties for the Crimean reservoirs


If a person not having the appropriate rights, will present the Crimean borrowers requirements about the repayment, they will be fined from 10 to 20 thousand rubles, and legal entities — from 40 to 50 thousand rubles.

MOSCOW, 23 Dec. The state Duma meeting on Wednesday in the third reading adopted the law on introduction of administrative liability for collectors who violate the procedure for collecting debts from the residents of Sevastopol and Crimea.

According to the document, the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offences supplemented by a new article 15.41 “violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation, establishing the features of repayment of borrowers with residence in the territory of the Republic of Crimea or in the territory of the Federal city of Sevastopol”.

For the presentation of Crimean borrowers claims for repayment by persons not entitled to it, it is proposed to fine officials in the amount from 10 to 20 thousand rubles, legal entities — from 40 to 50 thousand rubles.

Such amendments were proposed by the Duma Committee on constitutional legislation and state construction for the second reading of the bill on fines for trespassing on protected objects.

Earlier the lower chamber of the Parliament adopted the law on the special redemption and extrajudicial settlement of debt of borrowers living in Crimea and Sevastopol before the Ukrainian banks.
