MOSCOW, December 24. State Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin wished success to both parliamentary and non-parliamentary parties on elections in the lower house, which will be held on 18 September 2016.
Answering a journalist’s question whether he expects the influx of new political forces after the elections to the Duma, Naryshkin noted that monitors the ratings and results of polls that show that “more likely to pass in the state Duma of the seventh convocation – four current parliamentary parties”. The speaker stressed that “strong statements on this account it is better not to do it, because in the end the voter decides who to and who not to be in the state Duma”.
However, according to Naryshkin, it is with great respect for leaders and Executive team members of non-parliamentary parties – at least those involved in the work of the Board non-parliamentary parties in the Duma. “This is a responsible and lovely people with whom I pretty easy to work on the Council. I, like all political parties, can wish you success,” – concluded the Chairman of the chamber.
