Oil exports from Russia by the end of 2015 will grow by 7.5%

Moscow. December 24. Oil exports from Russia in 2015 will increase in comparison with the previous year by 7.5% to 238 million tonnes, told reporters by energy Minister Alexander Novak.

Oil production in Russia this year will reach a record 533,6 million tons. This is a 1.3% increase over the previous year.

With oil production on the shelf will increase this year by 16% to 18.8 million tons. According to the Minister, the growth of offshore production was achieved offshore projects in the Okhotsk sea. They brought in 15.9 million tons of oil, which is almost 15% more than the previous year. In addition, the development of the Prirazlomnoye field in the Pechora sea has provided 778 thousand tons of oil this year.

The volume of capital investments of vertically-integrated companies in oil production in Russia will grow by 2.1% to 1.07 trillion rubles. As Novak explained, the growth of investment is due not only to the impact of the devaluation of the ruble, but the effect of the “tax maneuver”.

Utilization of associated petroleum gas in 2015 will reach 88%, while last year the figure was only 85%.

Primary oil refining in the current year decreased by 2.4% to 282 million tons.

Production of gasoline in 2015 will reach 38.9 million tons, which is 1.6% higher than last year. The volume of production of gasoline of the fifth class (Euro-5) will increase this year by 9.9% to 31.2 million tons.

The production of diesel fuel in 2015 will drop by 2.2% to 75.6 million tonnes. But the production of diesel fuel of the fifth class (Euro 5), by contrast, will grow by 20% to 54.1 million tonnes.
