Putin: the main macroeconomic indicators in Russia stable


One of the macro-economic parameters – unemployment is at a very low level of 5.6%, said the President of Russia Vladimir Putin at the meeting of business circles of Russia and India in the Kremlin.

MOSCOW, 24 Dec. Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday that the main macroeconomic indicators in the Russian Federation is stable, including the unemployment rate.

“Despite the difficult situation in the global economy, the main macroeconomic indicators in Russia remain stable. One of them is the unemployment rate. We understand that it is derived from many different factors. It is at a very low level of 5.6%,” — said Putin at a meeting of business circles of Russia and India in the Kremlin.
