The Cabinet proposes to send the Turkish side notice of termination of cooperation in civil, commercial and criminal matters.
MOSCOW, 24 Dec. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation will propose to President Vladimir Putin to inform Turkey about the termination of legal cooperation in civil, commercial and criminal matters, the corresponding decree was published on the Internet-portal of legal information.
“To approve provided by the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation… the proposal to send the Turkish side notice of the intention of the Russian Federation not to become a party to the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Turkey on mutual legal assistance in civil, commercial and criminal matters, signed at Ankara December 15, 1997”, — the document says.
According to the document, the President of Russia will provide the proposal.
