MOSCOW, December 24. The Bank of Russia on December 27, introduces new rules of exchange in excess of 15 thousand rubles, according to which the client will have to present a passport and a Bank to fill in the questionnaire. This is stated in the message of Bank of Russia.

“Coming into force on 27 December new rules for the identification of clients by banks will not create citizens with additional difficulties in the exchange.
