The speaker of the state Council of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov said Wednesday that the law on recovery of debts of inhabitants of the Crimea of the Ukrainian banks, adopted by the State Duma, late.
MOSCOW, 24 Dec. The speaker of the state Council of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov had the right to Express their disagreement with adoption by the state Duma of the law on the repayment of Crimea to Ukrainian banks, the head of the Duma Committee on budget and taxes Andrey Makarov (“United Russia”).
On Wednesday, Konstantinov said that the law on collecting from the inhabitants of the Crimea Ukrainian banks debts late in the context of the ongoing emergency situations in the Crimea and was taken without the advice of the Crimeans. He suggested not to hurry with the implementation of this law and to “stabilize the situation”.
“It is his right and he has the opportunity to make this right,” said Makarov to journalists, commenting on Konstantinov.
The state Duma on Wednesday adopted in the third final reading the law on the special redemption and extrajudicial settlement of debt of borrowers living in Crimea and Sevastopol before the Ukrainian banks.
According to Makarov, this law, on the one hand, “actually protects the rights of people”, on the other hand, has its pitfalls.
