MOSCOW, December 24. Ministry is not included in the expansion project of sanctions against Turkey’s proposal to ban the import of light industry goods. It was declared to journalists by the first Deputy Minister of economic development Alexei Likhachev.

According to Likhachev, the MAYOR has sent the government its proposals, study. “We are involved, but this is the agenda of the government”, – said Likhachev.
Earlier the Deputy Minister of industry and trade Viktor Yevtukhov said that the Ministry proposes to prohibit the import into Russia of 70-80% of light industry products from Turkey. According to him, the Ministry has transferred relevant proposals concerning the goods of the Turkish light industry-specific categories in the Ministry of economic development.
In turn, the newspaper “Kommersant” wrote that the Ministry of economic development has developed a draft decree pursuant to the basic “anti-Turkish” of the decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin dated 28 November. Part of the decree, the Russian government had already implemented the order dated November 30, introducing an immediate ban of imports from Turkey limited list of food, stopping part of the government programmes of cooperation and limiting the involvement of Turkish citizens in the Russian Federation. The second phase expanded and refined economic sanctions.
The new resolution introduces a list of activities (services) that are prohibited on the territory of the Russian Federation for organizations within the jurisdiction of Turkey. We are talking about the import of construction, tourist services, services of hotels, as well as wood processing and the training of civilian personnel of airlines of the Russian Federation in Turkey.
