In order to increase the volume of budget loans is a necessity to balance the budgets of Russian regions and to refinance their debt obligations.
MOSCOW, 25 Dec. Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree that increases the budget allocation for the provision of budget credits to the subjects of the Russian Federation to two billion rubles, the text of the document posted on the official website of the Cabinet.
In the help document notes that the increase in the volume of budgetary credits due to the need to balance the budgets of constituent entities of the Russian Federation and to refinance debt obligations of regions.
It is noted that in 2015, had a budget of 310 billion rubles for these purposes. The order of the government dated 3 December, the provision for granting from the Federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation of budgetary credits was increased to 30 billion rubles. This order increases funding by another two billion.
Such measures will contribute to the maintenance of balanced regional budgets.
