MOSCOW, December 28. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which the sanctions of the Russian Federation in the form of a ban on performing works on the territory of Russia fall not only Turkish companies, but also companies controlled by Turkish nationals. The document amends the decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 28 November, on special economic measures against Turkey.
In the first version of the decree of limitation for execution of works on the territory of Russia was only of the organizations under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Turkey. Now, it added, and companies controlled by Turkish nationals or companies controlled by, under Turkish jurisdiction.
Simultaneously, Putin instructed to determine the list of contracts that are not subject to these sanctions. This includes contracts directly with Turkish companies and with companies controlled by Turkish nationals.
