MOSCOW, 28 Dec. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the allocation in 2015 of subsidies to the budgets of the 20 Russian regions to support measures to ensure that their balance is in the amount of 5 billion rubles, follows from the document on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
“Signed the decree allocated funds in the amount of 5 billion rubles between 20 Federal entities that have achieved the best results for the evaluation of socio-economic development of territories of subjects of Federation in 2014”, — stated in the help document.
The first three places in Tula, Arkhangelsk and Leningrad regions.
Also the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev signed the order about distribution of subsidies to seven Russian regions to support measures to ensure balanced budgets in 2015, in the amount of 2.7 billion rubles, follows from the document on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
“Signed by order approved the distribution of subsidies from the Federal budget to the budgets of the seven subjects of the Russian Federation on support of measures to balance the budgets of subjects of Federation in the amount of 2.7 billion rubles”, — stated in the message.
So, 1.4 billion rubles allocated to ensure the balance of consolidated budgets of Kalmykia and Khakassia, the Amur, Astrakhan and Smolensk regions in order to Finance socially important spending regions. For financing the measures for 2016 of the Federal target program “Development of the Republic of Karelia for the period till 2020” is aimed 600 million rubles.
Another 700 million rubles allocated to subsidize electricity tariffs for end users of the Chukotka Autonomous district.
