Moscow. December 31. The Agency for Deposit insurance (DIA) to pay the depositors deprived of license Vneshprombank insurance compensation in the amount of about 45 billion roubles, is spoken in the message of the DIA.
According to the registry of obligations of Vneshprombank, for the payment of insurance indemnity can apply for over 67 thousand depositors, including about 640 contributors with accounts for business (about $ 73 million).
The insurance indemnity will be paid in 44 subjects of the Russian Federation, including in Moscow and the Moscow region for the payment of insurance indemnity in the amount of about 18 billion rubles can apply to about 21.5 thousand depositors, in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region for the sum about 6 billion rubles – about 12 thousand depositors, in Ryazan and the Ryazan region for the sum about 1 billion roubles – about 2 thousand depositors, in Samara and Samara region for the sum about 1 billion roubles – about 2.6 thousand depositors, in the Krasnodar territory in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles -about 2 thousand depositors, in Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region in the amount of about 1.3 billion rubles to 1.5 thousand depositors.
Payments will commence on 11 January 2016. When applying for insurance indemnity the investor receives 100% of the sum of all his accounts (deposits) of the Bank, including open for business activity, but not more than 1,4 million rubles in total.
Agents to pay compensation to the depositors selected by Sberbank of Russia and VTB 24. Sberbank will pay compensation for ordinary investors (not individual entrepreneurs) with the initial letter of a surname-And in all localities, as well as investors with any name in the cities of Vsevolozhsk (Leningrad region, Luga (Leningrad region), Lomonosov (St. Petersburg), Skopin (Ryazan oblast), the village of Pavlovskaya Sloboda (Moscow region). VTB 24 will pay compensation to all other investors – ordinary individuals, as well as all of the individual entrepreneur.
Payments to depositors will be carried out in connection with a three-month moratorium on satisfaction of requirements of creditors of Vneshprombank imposed by the CBR on December 22, 2015.
The moratorium was imposed due to “unsatisfied requirements of creditors under liabilities within the terms exceeding seven days since the date of the meet”, noted in the press release of the regulator.
The Bank of Russia December 18, 2015 has appointed a temporary administration for management of Russia for a period of six months. The decision was made in connection with a reduction of own funds (capital) of the Bank compared to their maximum value reached in the last 12 months, more than 30% at simultaneous infringement of one of obligatory norms established by the regulator.
Vneshprombank in the first three quarters of 2015 took 34 th place in terms of assets and the 33-th place by volume of individuals (72,86 billion rubles) in the ranking “Interfax-100” prepared “Interfax-CEA”.
