The hryvnia has entered the top 10 world leaders on devaluation


UAH for the second year in a row is in the list of the weakest currencies in the world, according to Bloomberg. Leader in devaluation this year was Azerbaijani manat.

MOSCOW, 1 APR –. Bloomberg provided a list of currencies, heaviest losses in 2015.

Ukrainian hryvnia, who led a similar rating in 2014, this year yielded the palm to five other currencies.

First came the Azerbaijani manat, collapsed by almost 50%. At the top of the devaluation were also Kazakh tenge, Zambian Kwacha Belarusian ruble and the Argentine peso.

Some other investment instruments of Ukraine also was among the worst. So, the worst result in the world has demonstrated the Ukrainian stock exchange index, which fell by 56%. However, the high growth rates showed the new Eurobonds of Ukraine and Ukrzaliznytsya.
