MAKHACHKALA, 4 Jan. Gulya Aliyeva. Commissioning gotsatlinsky hydroelectric power station will increase tax revenues in the budget of Dagestan on 200 million rubles a year, said in an interview with the Director of the Dagestan branch of “RusHydro” Timur Gamzatov.
“Commissioning gotsatlinsky hydroelectric power station will increase tax revenues to the state budget about 200 million rubles a year. Despite the fact that to date, tax revenues from the Dagestan branch of “RusHydro” in the budgets of all levels amount to about 1.3 billion rubles a year,” said Gamzatov.
He noted that the station plays an important role in mountain areas of the Republic. “Network station from October 1 this year, and quite successfully eliminates a number of problems in the winter in the mountainous areas, where electricity consumption grows strongly in the autumn-winter period,” said Gamzatov.
Gotsatlinsky hydroelectric power station constructed on the river Avar Koisu in Dagestan in the framework agreement for the supply of power (PDM). The plant’s installed capacity is 100 MW, average annual electricity output of 350 million kWh. According to the RusHydro, the investment in construction of hydropower plants on the combined estimate at 1 January 2014 was estimated at 15 billion rubles (including VAT and expenses on the reservoir).
