This opinion was expressed on Wednesday during a telephone conversation the Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Igor Morgulov and special envoy of the foreign Ministry of the Republic of Korea on peace and security on the Korean Peninsula, Hwang Joon-Guk.
