Dmitry Medvedev and Karim Massimov has held a telephone conversation during which discussed cooperation in transport and customs areas, as well as the economic situation in Central Asian region.

MOSCOW, 7 Jan. Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev and the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov discussed by telephone the issues of bilateral economic cooperation, the press service of the Cabinet of the Russian Federation on Thursday.

“The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev and the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov during a telephone conversation discussed bilateral trade and economic cooperation, including cooperation in transport and customs areas. Also addressed the economic situation in Central Asian region”, — stated in the message.

As noted, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan also congratulated the head of government of the Russian Federation with Christmas.
