The provisions of the bill provides for a transitional period until 1 September 2018 in the application of norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of fire safety. Such a move will not create additional restrictions for the subjects of entrepreneurial activity.
MOSCOW, 9 Jan. The government submitted a bill regarding implementation of the legislation in the field of fire safety in Crimea and Sevastopol, follows from an electronic document database of the lower house.
The amendments were made to Technical regulations about requirements of fire safety.
“The draft law foresees the establishment of a transition period until 1 September 2018 in the application of norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of fire safety in relation to objects of protection, located on the territory of the Republic of Crimea and the Federal city of Sevastopol”, — stated in the explanatory note to the bill.
During the transitional period in respect of the specified objects that have been put into operation or the project documentation which was sent for examination until 1 January 2015, will apply earlier on the territory of Crimea and Sevastopol fire safety requirements.
As noted in the accompanying documents, the transitional period is established to carry out the relevant works on the mentioned objects in order to bring them into compliance with fire safety requirements established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
“The bill will allow to provide the necessary level of fire safety protection objects situated in the territory of the Republic of Crimea and the Federal city of Sevastopol, will not create additional administrative and other restrictions for the subjects of entrepreneurial and other activities”, — stated in the document.
