Medicine in Russia in 2015 has risen by 23%


Moscow. January 12. The prices for medicines in Russia in 2015 has increased by 22.8% compared with the previous year, according to data of Rosstat.

The cost of drugs in December last year increased by 19.6% compared with the same period a year earlier. Compared to November 2015, prices have risen by 0.2%.

In particular, there was a significant increase in the prices of acetylsalicylic acid (domestic “Aspirin”) – 2.2%. “Troxerutin gel”, “Oftan katahrom”, “Rennie”, bandages rose by 1,1-1,7%. However 1.4% fell “Galazolin”, the price of motherwort tincture, and “Indapamide”, “Strepsils” have decreased on 0,6-0,9%.
