“In 2015, the prices at gas stations increased from about 4.5% to 5.5% for different types of petroleum products. This means that we have enough oil in the market that the marginal revenue, which is oil refineries and petrol stations, even taking into account the existing economic conditions, sufficient to ensure full satisfaction of the domestic market and the absence of a deficit,” said Novak in an interview Vesti.ru.
In late November, the Deputy head of the Federal Antimonopoly service Anatoly Golomolzin said that by mid month, gasoline prices at retail increased by 5.6%, diesel by 2.4%.
