MOSCOW, 16 Jan. Representatives of major oil companies Shell and Total, in anticipation of the lifting of sanctions with Iran have arrived in Tehran to participate in negotiations with representatives of the National oil company of Iran, said on Saturday the Agency Mehr.
According to the Agency, negotiations will take place on Sunday in the framework of the conference devoted to the 60 anniversary of the National tanker company of Iran, during which the parties will discuss the potential of bilateral cooperation.
Representatives of oil companies also raised the issues related to the rental of oil tankers, insurance, marine transportation and repair work.
The Iranian foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif earlier said that sanctions imposed against his country’s nuclear program will be lifted on Saturday.
