Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea Eugene bavykina resigned

SIMFEROPOL, January 18. /Corr. Alexey Konovalov/. Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea Eugene bavykina, who oversees the work of the industrial complex of the Republic, has resigned.

Approval of her dismissal included in the agenda of session of the State Council of the Crimea on January 19. Relevant information is contained in the agenda of the meeting of the Parliament of the Republic, a document published on the official website of the state Council.

Bavykina in conversation with explained that he made this decision independently. “In the Crimea because I was asked to help build the integration process (after the reunification with the Russian Federation). And now I’m preparing for other work,” she said, while refusing to disclose the future place of work.

The post of Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea Bavykin has held since June 2014. Before that, she during the month was the acting first Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea, a position she took after the dismissal of Crimea Rustam Temirgaliev. Bavykin previously held the position of first Deputy General Director of company “Slavyanka”, included in structure of “Oboronservis”.

The Vice-Premier may be appointed by the current Chairman of the Committee on economic, fiscal and tax policy Vitaliy Nakhlupin. The issue of approved deputies will consider on January 19. In addition, the agenda of the meeting of the Parliament there is question about addition of Deputy powers Nahlupin. The appointment of Nahlupina the Vice-Premier submitted to the Parliament head of the Republic Sergey Aksenov.

Vitaliy Nakhlupin is a Deputy of the Crimean Parliament since 2010, all this time, he oversaw the budget Committee. In September 2014 he was elected Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea of the first convocation of elections, the first held under the Russian legislation.

In addition, Aksenov included in the agenda of the meeting of the Parliament a candidate to the post of Vice-Premier of the head of Department of municipal economy of Sevastopol Oleg Casurina. According to Kryminform, Kazulin will be the ninth under the account the Vice-Premier in the government of Crimea will oversee the utilities sector, transport and construction. Previously infrastructure issues were run by three different Deputy Prime Ministers.

January 16, 2016 at the meeting of operational staff on elimination of emergency situations of Kazulin was presented as Deputy Governor of Sevastopol on urban agriculture, but official documents on the appointment was not published. “The proposal from the head of the Republic of Crimea has received me after I was appointed acting Deputy Governor of Sevastopol. It was a surprise to me. Even in office I Sevastopol will not give up, help, if the need arises,” commented Kazarin his imminent appointment in the Crimea.

Kazulin was appointed Director of the Department of municipal economy of the government of Sevastopol on 18 December 2014. Previously he worked as Director of Solnechnogorsk near Moscow branch of the company “Slavyanka” managing the economy military towns.
