In the past three years, the Stavropol region annually produces over 8 million tons of grain. Grain export capacity of the region is 4-5. 5 million tons. In the Republic of Turkey for export annually exported 2 million tons or 25% of produced in the region of the grain.

“In the case of a supply of traders operating on the territory of the Stavropol territory, will be refocused on delivery of grain to other countries. In addition, about 10% of the exporting volumes from the Stavropol region is the delivery on the territory of the Russian Federation”, — said the Agency interlocutor.

Now in Turkey shipped only previously sold wheat and other grains.

According to the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation, Russia has no plans to limit grain exports to Turkey if it does not offer the Turkish side. The likelihood that the Turkish government will limit the import of Russian grain, very low, because at the present time in Turkey 85% flour is produced from Russian grain.
