In Dagestan, the FAS recognized the loukoster “Victory” violated the Antimonopoly law


MAKHACHKALA, January 19. Department of the FAS Russia in the Republic of Dagestan recognized the airline “Victory” violated the Antimonopoly legislation, said Tuesday the representative of the press service of the Ministry.

“The airline was recognized violates article 14.2 (unfair competition by misrepresentation) of Federal law No. 135 “On protection of competition”: stating the low prices of tickets, the carrier does not inform consumers about the many possible additional payments when their design and implementation services,” the spokesman said.

According to him, the case against the “Victory” was initiated in June last year, when the FAS decided that the airline provides false information regarding prices and tariffs for services on transportation on the route “Makhachkala – Moscow – Makhachkala”.

According to Antimonopoly Department, it could lead to infringement of interests of other managing subjects, carrying out activity on transportation on this route, as well as individuals using the services of the airline “Victory”.
