The Communist party proposes to introduce a state monopoly on alcohol

The introduction of state monopoly on the distillery industry will allow you to use real huge financial resources to solve the problems, according to Gennady Zyuganov.

MOSCOW, 19 Jan. The leader of the CPRF Gennady Zyuganov offers for filling the revenue side of the budget a number of measures, in particular, the introduction of the state monopoly on alcoholic beverages and reducing the outflow of currency.

“We should sit down and consider how to fill the revenue part of the budget”, — said Zyuganov journalists.

The CPRF leader reminded that he had proposed in the last session of the state Duma three bills that would, in his words, create a budget for 2016 in the amount of 25 trillion roubles, instead of about 16 trillion.

“First, all the resources of the country should work for everyone, and not a bunch of vampires who captured national wealth. Second, the need to urgently adopt a decision to introduce a state monopoly on the distillery industry, this will allow you to use huge financial resources to real problem-solving, social, first of all” — said Zyuganov.

Also, he said, need to “do whatever is necessary to reduce the outflow of foreign currency.”

“These draft decisions”, — said Zyuganov.
