Anti-stress plan is designed to stimulate subsoil users to continue working even in difficult conditions, said the head of Ministry of natural resources Sergey Donskoy.
MOSCOW, 19 Jan. The Ministry of natural resources is preparing an anti-stress plan to support the work of subsoil users in the current market conditions, in late January or early February will hold a meeting with companies on this issue, told reporters the head of the Ministry Sergey Donskoy.
“Now prepare anti-stress plan. Some measures are necessary in order to connect more resources to stimulate subsoil users to continue working even in such difficult conditions,” said don.
He recalled that last year one such anti-stress measures was to update licenses.
“This is an important topic. This year it is planned to update more license: hydrocarbon — 2490 licenses, 3815 license for solid minerals. Plus, let’s make this year the emphasis on economic incentive mechanisms for the companies in the industry”, — said the head of the Ministry of environment.
