In the extended list of the banned items are cereals, pastries and some vegetables and canned food. The decision to expand the list of Russian goods which are prohibited to import to Ukraine will enter into force after 10 days from the date of publication.
KYIV, 22 Jan. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine issued a decree on expanding the list of Russian goods that are prohibited to bring into the country, the decision comes into force after 10 days from the date of publication.
“The decision of 20 January 2016 No. 28 on amending the list of goods prohibited for import to the customs territory of Ukraine originating from the Russian Federation… This decision comes into force 10 days from the day of its publication”, — is spoken in the document published on Friday.
According to the resolution, the expanded list includes: onions, green tea, prepared or preserved fish, caviar and other fish eggs, white chocolate, jelly beans or similar sweets in the form of pellets. In addition, fell under the Russian embargo confectionery in the form of gum or jellies, including jelly and chocolate candies, containing alcohol, corn flakes, cereals (other than corn) in grain form or flakes, pellets or processed in any other way (except flour fine and coarse grinding, cereals).
