MOSCOW, 23 Jan. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree approving the procedure for granting subsidies from the Federal budget to Russian regions for creation of infrastructure of industrial parks and technoparks. Relevant document published on the government website on Saturday.
“Subsidies are provided for the purpose of reimbursement of expenses of regions on creation, modernization and (or) reconstruction of objects of communal, technological and transport infrastructure, and buildings, structures and facilities intended for residents of industrial parks and technology parks, with the exception of technoparks in sphere of high technologies. The resolution approved the rules for granting these subsidies,” — said in the explanatory statements to the document.
In 2016, the provision of subsidies for reimbursement of expenses on creation of industrial parks or technology parks, with the exception of technoparks in sphere of high technologies, has more than 4 billion rubles.
It is reported that the decisions taken are aimed at stimulating industry and will contribute to the organization of production of priority for import substitution of industrial products.
